Are you a heavy drinker, but not dangerous and you would like to cut back to improve your health and figure? It is pretty well known that women who drink to much can have medical problems and if you are a guy, that belly on you from all that beer really turns of the women, whether they drink too or not. If you are looking to quit drinking completely that will not be easy at all, in fact it could be the toughest challenge you will ever face, but you can do it, if you will apply yourself as many have before you.

Surely your friends may have suggested going to Alcoholics Anonymous and that is a good plan if you really wish to stop drinking. But you only get out what you put in and if you do not apply yourself and fully commit it just aint gonna happen. You know and the other members of the group know it too.

There are AA or Alcoholic Anonymous meetings in nearly every city in the country and you can probably find meetings, which will in fact jive with your schedule. You should find out when and where they are and get to one this week and at least check it out. You will be glad along with your family that you did.
