Thousands of people are claiming that certain health juices are changing lives for the better. In fact, several people claim they are experiencing pain relief, improved sleep, more energy, weight loss, better focus and improved gastrointestinal problems from drinking certain health juices instead of swallowing pills and or taking vitamins. Whatever the case, our society as a whole has become the most overfed and malnourished population for the first time in history.
This issue is very serious due to the fact that millions of citizens are without health insurance. We are a country who is way overfed, malnourished, stressed and dehydrated. Technology may be improving, but society as a whole are unhealthy and depend on pills to improve their health instead of taking the responsibility of improving their nutrition and physical routine. Less than 17% of the population get their recommended fruits and vegetables every day and a low percent of society have time to exercise regularly. Our fast paced environment, low income families and exhaustion, make it difficult to take advantage of the resources available to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Educating the importance of improving ones nutrition is a key factor in getting America healthy, not to mention the need to find time to exercise as well. The acuity level of patients in hospitals are rising like never before.
This significant rise means more patient to nurse ratio, physician burnout and increase risk for medical errors. Today, people often feel nervous about being admitted into a hospital, even when if it's one of the top hospitals in the nation. The risk of getting hospital acquired infections and medical errors would make anyone nervous. This should prompt more people to take action to get healthy and stay healthy. It is unfortunate that people do not take preventative health care serious. This leads to serious health problems. It is unfortunate that once serious health problems occur, many are irreversible by this time. Many people in society today have more debt and are just not prepared for radical life changes that involve health deterioration. Just getting lab work or having a chest x-ray done can be very costly.
Not only do these patients suffer, so do their loved ones. Parents, grandparents and children tend to feel responsible and show remorse because they feel that it was there job to help prevent the health deterioration. There is only so much a person can do to help another person. There is only so much a doctor or nurse can do to educate the importance of lifestyle change. It is up to that person to take action and change their lifestyle. Nutrition is the key to provide your body with the nutrients to fight off inflammation and disease. Inflammation is the main cause of poor health conditions. When studying disease names and definitions, many end in "itis" or inflammation. For example, Diverticulitis, Pancreatitis, Cystitis, Carditis, Colonitis, Cholicystitis, Appendicitis, Gingivitis, Otitis, Laryngitis, Stomatitis, Typhilitis, Bronchitis, Pharyngitis and much more. It is time for people to take control of their life without others constantly hassling them. Lifestyle change may involve adding health juice or vitamins to ones diet. Whatever the case or whatever the claims, the most important factor is getting healthier and in the long run spending less on health care, staying out of the hospital and enjoying life and family. Educating the importance of proper nutrition and exercise is just the beginning to a healthier lifestyle.
Align yourself with wisdom and the rest is history!
