Never Be Deprived of Enzymes

Enzymes are the "spark plugs" of your body, the protein that control the fuel and energy output of every cell. Your body needs enzymes to perform every single function-heartbeat, tissue growth and repair, digestion and absorption of food-everything. When your body has low enzymes, the ability to heal itself and recover from injuries is impaired. Each food requires a different enzyme to break it down into a form that can be used by the body. When we are young, our bodies have enough enzymes to digest food properly, but after years of eating cooked and processed foods that are stripped of enzymes, we eventually deplete our body supplies. Aging changes the body's ability to generate optimal amounts of enzymes. Many don't eat high in enzymes-rich fruits and vegetables, so they are twice deprived of enough enzymes. Some people are suffering of life-threatening illnesses like cancer that permanently reduce their levels of stomach acids, making it harder to break down nutrients.

Without enough enzymes, anywhere from one-third to one-half of the carbohydrates and proteins, and most of the fats entering your digestive system won't be absorbed. Digesting fat is one of the biggest workouts you can give your body, and your liver does the lion share of breaking it down.

But age slows the liver to two-thirds of its original working capacity. It secretes less fat-busting bile, and can't break down fat globules into smaller particles that digestive enzymes can then tackle. Guess what happens. That stays on, pillowing around your hips and stomach.

When your digestive system is sluggish, food doesn't get processed. It sits there, slowly turning into fat. Toxins build up when your liver can't neutralize them and disperse them to be eliminated. If your pancreas isn't secreting enough enzymes, the result is malnutrition and maldigestion.

Enzyme is essential for the body to get the nutrition from your food and assimilate the proper nutrients. The lack of raw, uncooked foods compound the problem. It is more than necessary to supplement your diet with plant-based enzymes and nutrients that help digest food and break down fats.

Enzymes are the spark plugs of your life, the protein that control the fuel and energy output of every cell. They are essential for the body to get the nutrition from your food and assimilate the proper nutrients.

As I have stressed in my article, your body needs enzymes to perform every single function. Without enough enzymes your body cannot get the proper needed nutrients and the result is malnutrition and maldigestion. Again, enzyme is essential for the body to get the proper nutrients from the food. Without enough enzymes, toxins build up.

You have to make sure that your body generates optimal amounts of enzymes. Take action now to get the proper nutrition from your food. Bowtrol can help you to remove the toxins from your body and Digestive Enzyme Complex is a very good option. Be pro-active and take action now.
