To truly cure your addiction you must take a personalized approach and unless you have others to help you your primarily tools are your own sense of self reflection.
While this may seem daunting at first it is also an opportunity to not just stop an addiction but can also be a way to better understand yourself and your motives and weaknesses to a degree where you can find solutions to other problems in your life. Many people who come out of addictions find themselves changed people with a better outlook on life and find success in many areas which eluded them before. So think from the bottom up not the top down and you will find your cure!
