Diet Plans For Fast Weight Loss - What Diet Experts Don’t Want To You To Know About Diets

There are thousands of diet plans for fast weight loss on the planet. Almost every diet gives us a guarantee of "Fast weight loss". Many people who start their weight loss journey are looking for the one, perfect diet which will help them to shed the unwanted kilograms easily, but the reality is that not a lot of people understand the real concept of how every diet work. We are only introduced to the theory of the diet, but no one really tells us what are the advantages or disadvantages of the diet, no -one tells us what effect does the diet have on our body and health... Anyway this is not why I am writing this article. I don't want to look for the real truth. I am writing this article because I want to discuss about two different diet plans for fast weight loss: The popular ones and the not-popular ones. As an example of the "popular" diet I will use world-famous Atkins diet:

The theory of this diet sounds very simple. The Atkins diet is a high-protein, high fat and low-carbohydrate eating plan. I think this diet is so popular because it allows the followers to eat unrestricted amounts of meat, cheese and eggs, but severely restricting the intake of carbohydrates, including milk, fruits, sugar, pasta and off course your favorite chocolate bars... This "simple" diet is based on a theory that a person, who eats a lot of carbohydrates creates stimulates the production of insulin, a hormone which is responsible for unwanted weight gain and hunger. Theoretically a person who follows The Atkins diet will experience reduced appetite and persons body will use stored fat as the main source of energy instead of burning glucose from carbohydrate digestion. Burning fat for energy will supposedly lead to weight loss. A lot of beginners think "Great! I will burn more fat and I will lose weight quicker" This is the main "hook" of this diet, people think that they will burn more fat, but they don't really understand what they will have to sacrifice and now I would like to talk about some side effects of this very popular diet.

Medical community worldwide continues debates for years about this diet. It is proven that this diet can cause long-term effects on kidney function, the diet increases the cholesterol levels so there's increased chance of heart diseases...The biggest disadvantage of this diet is that The Atkins diet restricts the intake of carbohydrates and limits the amounts of foods like fruits, vegetables, milk and other high-fiber foods. A lot of people don't know that these foods provide us with essential vitamins to maintain our health... There's no secret that no one talks about these side effects on TV. Diet experts don't want the mass audience to know the truth, simply because they need to make money.

Anyway, the main purpose why I have wrote this article is to compare two types of diet plans for fast weight loss. So far we've found out a bit about one of the most popular diet in the XXI century, but now I would like discuss about the "underground" diets, which are used by many people, who just don't like to follow what they see on TV or read in popular magazines.

This "underground method" doesn't require a lot of time or money. It depends on what kind a person, who wants to lose weight is. The beauty of this weight loss method is that you can eat what you want, when you want and it is actually important to eat more often. The concept of this diet may sound a bit complicated, but I bet you've heard about it before. Basically a lot of popular diets limit us to eat no more than three times per day... Three simple meals in the morning, at lunch time and before we go to sleep, but this "underground" method is popular because it allows us to eat at least six times per day, but the meals(portions) should be very small. By doing so, person "tricks" his own body and he doesn't feel any hunger. Another, very important thing is that a person, who follows this kind of eating plan should aim to reduce daily calories intake at least by 900 calories. A lot of people worldwide like this diet because they don't need to follow any strict rules, they have no restrictions on the foods they can eat.

I personally think that no matter what kind of diet you will choose, whether its a "hot" diet or the "underground" diet - you will only achieve good results if you will be physically active. I've wrote this article not because I want to be the dude who gives out information, which has zero value. The effectiveness is proven by hundreds of people from all over the world and it is completely up to you, which diet plan you want to follow.

Right, I know that there are many bastards who sell the same information on weight loss over and over again... You know what?
